The County Council voted on the redevelopment of downtown Columbia plan.  While this is a county issue and not a state issue, ramifications of redevelopment in Columbia will impact all of Howard County as well as the state due to the increase in tax revenue and job creation.  I have laid out my thoughts on the Columbia Redevelopment plan under the issues category listed above.
