Why I'm running for State Delegate in District 12B
As a public school teacher I understand the importance of having a strong and vibrant community. A place where children can grow to learn the importance of living in a community and where it is safe to walk the streets and play in the local parks. Howard County has always been that place for me, and I want to make sure that it remains a thriving community that we are all proud to call home.
If elected as your next State Delegate I will be your voice on the important issues facing our community. If you ever have any concerns or questions regarding what is taking place in the community, please don’t hesitate to contact me at home, 301-523-7629 or through email john@votejohnbailey.com. Elected officials are here to represent you and your concerns, and that is what I will do if I have the honor of serving you in Annapolis.

John,
I met and voted for you at the Village Board elections about two years ago. I am a Republican, but am considering changing my party so I can vote against the incumbents in the primary. I am very tired of Liz Bobo and would like to see her voted out and replaced by someone with a more conservative or at least a centrist point of view. We need someone who is responsive and responsive to their constituents.
A friend of mine Jeff Robinson is running for District 13 as a Republican. I will support any candidate who is fiscally responsible and supports the Constitution.
Thank you for running,
Rob Cowan
